 We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant specializing in Cardiology Critical Care for a 30-day locum tenens assignment at a healthcare facility in Pennsylvania. The assignment begins on 08/18/2025, with 12-hour shifts available for both day and night coverage. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with admissions and consultations for cardiac surgery patients, possess experience in airway management, central and arterial line cannulation, and ultrasound skills. Daily responsibilities include rounding on cardiac ICU patients, managing a census of 6-10 patients in the CTICU, and handling procedures such as AVR and MVR. This exciting opportunity offers the chance for extension and requires proficiency in Epic EMR.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform daily rounds on cardiac ICU patients

• Manage admissions and consultations for cardiac surgery patients

• Conduct procedures including AVR and MVR

• Provide critical care management for a census of 6-10 patients in the CTICU

• Utilize airway management techniques

• Perform central and arterial line cannulation

• Conduct ultrasound examinations as needed

• Navigate and document patient care using Epic EMR system
