Schedule: Mix of 8a - 7:30p and 9a - 5p shifts for 14-16 days per month

Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of family medicine cases and procedures

Requirements:

• Board certified

• Valid MN state license

• Active BLS and DEA certifications
