 We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients in a general family practice setting. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling options, including Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday shifts, with one week of call every six weeks. The assignment begins on 07/07/2025, with potential for extension. The selected physician should be comfortable with general family practice, outpatient care, and working with the Epic electronic health record system.

Schedule: Option 1: Monday - Thursday, 7am – 6pm; Option 2: Monday - Friday, 8am – 5pm; Option 3: Monday - Thursday, 7am – 5:30pm; Call: 1 week every 6 weeks (Monday 7am to Monday 7am the following week)

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients
• Perform general family practice duties
• Manage and treat various medical conditions in an outpatient setting
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to all facility protocols and guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice in Virginia
• Comfortable working in a general family practice setting without ICU/CCU responsibilities
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred
