Requirements:
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Arizona license or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
• Residency/Fellowship in Infectious Disease
• BLS certification
• Clean malpractice history preferred
• Availability at time of name clear
Responsibilities:
• Provide infectious disease consultations and treatment
• Perform in-office dressing changes and wound care
