Wellhart is partnering with a Hospital in Arizona to place a locum tenens Infectious Disease Physician for a 60-day assignment starting June 2, 2025. The position requires a minimum of 2 weeks on, preferably 4 weeks or full-time commitment.

Start Date: June 2, 2025

LOA: 60 days

Schedule: To be determined, minimum 2 weeks on (4 weeks or full-time preferred)

Facility Location: Arizona

Provider Needed: Infectious Disease Physician

Type of Facility: Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible

• Arizona license or IMLC (LOQ in hand)

• Residency/Fellowship in Infectious Disease

• BLS certification

• Clean malpractice history preferred

• Availability at time of name clear

Responsibilities:

• Provide infectious disease consultations and treatment

• Perform in-office dressing changes and wound care
