 We are seeking a skilled Internal Medicine Physician for a 240-day locum tenens assignment in California. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services in a hospital setting. This opportunity offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, starting September 8, 2025, with potential for extension up to one year. The selected physician should have proven experience in primary care, excellent diagnostic skills, and be comfortable working with the Cerner electronic health record system.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services
• Consult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatment
• Recommend and order diagnostic tests
• Monitor lab results, medication adherence, and potential toxicities
• Prescribe and administer medications as needed
• Demonstrate excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Utilize Cerner electronic health record system
• Adhere to all facility protocols and guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
