Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive ENT services and procedures
• Manage both outpatient clinic and surgical cases
• Handle inpatient responsibilities as needed
• Participate in the on-call schedule
• Perform surgeries and procedures during available OR time
• Collaborate with a dedicated nurse (1:1 ratio) and ancillary staff
• Utilize two exam rooms for patient consultations
• Interpret medical imaging results as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the Epic system
• Participate in teaching opportunities if desired
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives as needed
Additional Information:
• Iowa medical license required
• Board certification in Otolaryngology preferred
• Strong surgical skills and experience in all aspects of ENT
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
