Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform minimally invasive and complex surgeries for urological conditions
• Diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the urinary tract and reproductive organs
• Provide comprehensive care to inpatient, outpatient, and surgical patients
• Prescribe medications and administer urinary antiseptics to combat infections
• Offer patient education and counseling
• Participate in on-call shifts, including weekday and weekend coverage (10-15 days per month)
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Cerner electronic medical record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
