Wellhart is seeking a board-certified Urology Surgeon for a 90-day locum tenens assignment at a Multi-Specialty Clinic in Washington. The ideal candidate will be available to start on 07/21/2025, working clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional on-call responsibilities. This position requires expertise in general urology care, both in clinic and on-call settings, including procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, and various other urological interventions. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, utilize robotic surgery capabilities, and provide comprehensive urological care. Experience with Epic electronic health record system is preferred. There is potential for assignment extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive urological care in both clinic and on-call settings
• Perform a wide range of urological procedures, including but not limited to:
• Utilize robotic surgery capabilities when appropriate
• Manage uroflow/cuff and bladder scan procedures
• Respond to consults and callbacks during on-call shifts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic electronic health record system
• Adhere to clinic policies and procedures
• Ensure patient satisfaction through excellent communication and care
Additional Information:
• Valid Washington medical license required
• Board certification in Urology
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures preferred
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to varying patient loads and clinic needs
• Comfortable with high-volume on-call responsibilities (5-6 days per month)
