A Hospital in California is seeking a skilled Vascular Surgeon for a locum tenens assignment starting August 4, 2025, for 120 days. The schedule includes 24-hour call shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM, with coverage requirements of 2 to 3 weekends per month plus one week per month. Additional clinic coverage may be needed as required.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

- Perform a wide range of vascular surgery procedures

- Handle all types of vascular surgery cases

- Provide trauma care for vascular emergencies

- Manage both inpatient and outpatient vascular surgery needs

- Conduct clinic visits as required

- Utilize Cerner EMR for patient management and record-keeping

Additional Information:

- Experience in vascular surgery required

- Comfort with Level 2 Trauma center responsibilities essential

- Strong surgical skills for a variety of vascular procedures

- Ability to manage complex vascular cases and emergencies

- Flexibility to cover both call shifts and clinic as needed
