By referring new physicians who specialize in Emergency Medicine, Radiology, Hospitalist, and/or Anesthesiology, you could receive $2,000-$10,000 per referred provider following successful completion of a minimum required amount of shifts.
Refer a new CRNA, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to Wellhart, and you could receive $1,000-$10,000 per referred provider following successful completion of a minimum required amount of shifts.

Wellhart’s Referral Program Guidelines
Who Can Refer a Physician, CRNA, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant?
- All individuals (other than employees, clients, and vendors of Wellhart or its affiliates) are able—and encouraged—to participate in the Wellhart Referral Program.
Who Can Be Referred?
- All physicians, CRNAs, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants to who specialize in Emergency Medicine, Radiology, Hospitalist, and/or Anesthesiology whom Wellhart has not submitted or assigned to a client within 12 months prior to the referral.
Rules for Qualification
- Referrals are valid for 12 months or for a max of 50/100 shifts depending on, physician, CRNA, NP, or PA (whichever occurs first).
- Referrals must provide the referred physician, CRNA, NP, or PA’s valid and current contact information, to include a working email and working phone number.
- The referred physician, CRNA, NP, or PA must have at least one active, unrestricted US state license (including PR), or be willing to activate a lapsed license.
Payout
- In order for a referral reward to be paid, the referred physician, CRNA, NP, or PA must have worked a minimum of 10 rewarded shifts within 12 months or $10,000 (whichever occurs first).
- Rewarded shifts will be those that follow standard 8, 10, or 12 hours per day (depending on specialty).
- Referrals for referred physicians are rewarded at $200 per shift (minimum 10 shifts; maximum 50 shifts) for a total payout of $2,000-$10,000 per referred MD/DO.
- Referrals for CRNA, NP, or PA are rewarded at $100 per shift (minimum 10 shifts; maximum 100 shifts) for a total payout of $1,000-$10,000 per referred CRNA.
- The referral reward(s) will be paid to the referrer quarterly.
