We are seeking a skilled CRNA for a 72-day locum tenens assignment at a hospital in Florida. The ideal candidate will be available to start on 05/19/2025, working a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, including weekday and weekend coverage. This position requires expertise in various anesthesiology procedures for a Trauma center, including orthopedic, spine, vascular, limited neurology, and endoscopy cases. CRNAs will work closely with physicians during induction, emergence, and pre/post-operative care. Proficiency in Meditech EHR and Medaxion for anesthesia charting is required. This opportunity also offers the potential for extension beyond the initial assignment period.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide anesthesia care for various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, spine, vascular, and limited neurology cases
• Collaborate with physicians in a care team model with a 1:3 ratio
• Assist in induction, emergence, and pre/post-operative patient care
• Participate in EP Lab procedures
• Utilize Meditech EHR and Medaxion for accurate documentation and patient management
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Adapt to varying shift lengths and weekend coverage as needed
Additional Information:
• Active Florida CRNA license required
• Experience with Trauma center preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
