Wellhart is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pulmonary Critical Care for a locum tenens position in Ohio. This opportunity offers an 80-day assignment starting 04/30/2025, with various coverage periods extending through August 10, 2025. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with central lines, arterial lines, and preferably dialysis catheters and intubations. The role involves providing critical care coverage and rounding on ICU patients in a Trauma setting. This position also requires proficiency with Epic EMR and offers a chance for extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide critical care coverage and round on ICU patients
• Perform central line and arterial line procedures
• Conduct dialysis catheter insertions and intubations (strongly encouraged)
• Work autonomously in a Trauma setting
• Adapt to working in multiple locations as needed
• Utilize Epic EMR system
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and work assignments
