Experienced Radiologist Needed for Overnight Locum Tenens Position in Florida
We are seeking a skilled Radiologist for a locum tenens position in Florida. This 100-day assignment begins on 08/04/2025, and requires coverage for overnight shifts from 12 AM to 8 AM, seven days a week. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all general reads, including CT head perfusions and code stroke cases. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of diagnostic imaging, including CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and MRI. The radiologist will utilize Epic and MERGE systems, with Fluency for dictation.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide overnight radiology coverage from 12 AM to 8 AM
• Perform general diagnostic reads for various imaging modalities
• Interpret CT head perfusions and handle code stroke cases
• Read and interpret approximately 100 studies per day, including:
• Utilize Epic and MERGE systems for patient information and image viewing
• Use Fluency for dictation of radiology reports
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures
Additional Information:
• Experience in general radiology and emergency imaging required
• Proficiency in CT head perfusion interpretation is essential
• Florida medical license required
