Wellhart is seeking a Gastroenterologist physician for an 80-day locum tenens assignment in Colorado. The assignment begins on November 3rd, with ongoing dates starting in January 2026. This role involves working 7:30a-5p hourly/clinic shifts, night call, and 24-hour call, including weekends. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with scoping and general GI procedures, including EGD, colonoscopy, manometry, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and 24-hour pH probe. Responsibilities include patient follow-up, signing all orders and notes, and utilizing the Epic EMR system. ERCP is not performed at the facility. This position offers approximately 14 shifts per month and the potential for extension.

• Ensure high-quality patient care and communication
