Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manage all types of Trauma ED cases
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and residents
• Work in a fast-track ED environment
• Utilize 24-hour availability of radiology services (CT, MRI, X-Ray)
• Collaborate with 24-hour laboratory and blood bank services
• Coordinate with 24-hour OR and anesthesia services when needed
• Handle cases requiring neurosurgery and orthopedic surgical services
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Ensure efficient patient flow and timely treatment in a high-acuity setting
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Adhere to hospital protocols and best practices in emergency medicine
