 Wellhart is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position at a Trauma Center in North Dakota. This 30-day assignment begins on 07/07/2025, with a potential for extension. The role involves working varied 9-hour shifts in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a range of emergency procedures, including intubation, chest tubes, central lines, procedural sedation, OB/GYN procedures and deliveries, as well as adult and pediatric resuscitation. Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system is required. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in a Trauma Center

• Perform critical procedures such as intubation, chest tube insertion, and central line placement

• Conduct procedural sedation when necessary

• Handle OB/GYN procedures and deliveries as required

• Manage adult and pediatric resuscitation cases

• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for patient documentation

• Collaborate with multi-specialty teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Adapt to varied shift schedules and maintain flexibility in work hours

Additional Information:
