This 60-day assignment begins on 07/01/2025, initially offering sporadic coverage with the potential for more consistent scheduling over time. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with general urology procedures and managing 2-5 patients per day in a clinic setting. Shifts are from 7 am to 5 pm, with exact days to be determined based on the provider's availability. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide general urology services in a clinic setting
• Perform general urology procedures as required
• Manage 2-5 patients per day

• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the Epic system
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures

• Indiana medical license required
