Schedule: 1pm to 10pm or 7a - 4:30p shifts
Responsibilities:
• Performing general diagnostic radiology for the emergency room
• Handling some light interventional radiology procedures, such as paracentesis and thoracentesis
• Conducting possible biopsies
• Primarily reading CT scans, with some ultrasound and MRI; minimal plain films
Requirements:
• Must be board certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) for credentialing
• Requires an active California medical license, radiology fluoro certificate, and XRFO for stat upper GI procedures, although these are rare
