Bridget Molinari

Bridget uses insight from her near 20 years of experience in the locum tenens staffing space to build successful Account Executives in her role as Director of Sales at Wellhart. Having begun her locum tenens career in 2003, Bridget assisted in the start up and launch of a successful Hospitalist Division in her position previous to her work with Wellhart.

She transitioned to Wellhart after her position at Barton Associates, where as an individual contributor she achieved numerous top sales goals year after year, and worked her way up to a position as a Senior Sales Manager overseeing multiple offices of Account Executives. Her vast knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry allows her to develop strategies to drive new business to Wellhart, and enhance and maintain relationships in the traditional, Government, and Humanitarian healthcare sectors.

When she’s not expertly training Account Executives and chatting with clients, Bridget enjoys spending time with her husband and watching her two children play competitive sports.
