Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of surgical procedures
• Work independently within the scope of practice for CRNAs
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage post-anesthesia care
• Adapt to the facility's protocols and procedures
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation
• Demonstrate flexibility in handling various case types
