Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Administer anesthesia for various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, general, cystoscopy, and gynecological cases
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients' recovery
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as required
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice in Ohio
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred
• Comfortable working in various healthcare settings within the region
• No OB, cardiac, neurosurgery, neonatal, or major vascular cases
• Possibility of assignment extension
