We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens position in Ohio. This 55-day assignment starts on 06/02/2025, and offers flexible scheduling options of either 5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with orthopedic, general, cystoscopy, and gynecological procedures. This role involves working across multiple facilities. The CRNA will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Administer anesthesia for various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, general, cystoscopy, and gynecological cases
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients' recovery
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as required
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice in Ohio
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred
• Comfortable working in various healthcare settings within the region
• No OB, cardiac, neurosurgery, neonatal, or major vascular cases
• Possibility of assignment extension
