Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide anesthesia care for obstetric patients, focusing on C-section cases
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures
• Manage patient recovery and post-anesthesia care
• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Epic/Medaxion systems
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Stay current with the latest advancements in obstetric anesthesiology
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients and families about anesthesia procedures and risks
Additional Information:
