Wellhart is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens position at a Trauma Hospital in Ohio. This 60-day assignment begins on 07/01/2025, with potential for extension. The role requires a minimum commitment of two weeks per month, with minimal night and weekend call. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ANE for a diverse range of surgical cases, including orthopedics, spine, urology, plastics, general surgery, and gynecology. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical procedures
• Manage anesthesia care for trauma patients in a Trauma Center
• Perform pre-operative evaluations and develop anesthesia plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgeries
• Manage post-operative pain and recovery
• Collaborate with surgical teams across various specialties
• Participate in minimal night and weekend call rotations
• Utilize the Epic system for efficient workflow management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all procedures and patient interactions
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Ensure high-quality patient care and safety throughout the perioperative period
