Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Dentist for a brief locum tenens assignment in North Carolina, specializing in dentistry with a focus on extractions and dentures. This opportunity starts on Jul 10, 2025, and runs for a 4-day period ending on Jul 14, 2025. The daily schedule is set from 8am to 5pm, providing substantial opportunities to engage in diverse dental practices, particularly in surgical extractions and denture fittings.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create detailed treatment plans
  • Take impressions and engage in rebase and repair work
  • Conduct wax try-ins and fit soft liners
  • Deliver both immediate and partial dentures
  • Perform simple and surgical extractions, including alveoplasty and full mouth extractions
  • Engage in restorative work including bridges, crowns, and fillings as needed


Additional Information

  • Must be licensed to practice in North Carolina
  • Experience with Dentrix and Eaglesoft EMR systems preferred
  • Proficiency in managing a broad range of dental care needs with a focus on extractions and dentures
