Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages and acuity levels
• Perform various emergency procedures, including line placements, chest tube insertions, and intubations
• Manage ventilator settings and monitor critically ill patients
• Stabilize trauma patients and prepare them for transfer to tertiary facilities
• Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Medhost system
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as required
Additional Information:
