This role requires flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, either days or nights, across a 16-week engagement. The shifts include options such as 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 11a-11p, and 11p-11a, providing crucial emergency care services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with urgent and emergent health conditions
• Perform procedures typical in an emergency setting
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously with high efficiency and accuracy

Additional Information

• Must be board certified in Emergency Medicine
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must hold a valid medical license in California
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency medicine
• Familiarity with the EMR system Paragon
