We are seeking a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a 28-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. The assignment begins on 09/08/2025 and involves working 4 shifts per month, with 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM. The physician will work in a Multi-Specialty Clinic. Responsibilities include managing a wide range of emergency cases, performing various procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, central lines, joint and fracture reductions, and working alongside APPs. This opportunity offers the chance for extension beyond the initial assignment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide emergency medical care to an average of 51 patients per 24-hour period
• Perform various procedures including intubations, chest tubes, central lines, joint and fracture reductions, joint aspirations, laceration repair, and incision and drainage
• Collaborate with and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Manage patient admissions and coordinate with other departments
• Utilize Cerner EMR system efficiently
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with high patient volumes
• Maintain compliance with all clinic policies and procedures
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine required
• Experience in high-volume emergency departments preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system is beneficial
• No ventilator management required
