Schedule: 20 hours per week, with shifts from Mondays - Fridays

Responsibilities:

• Assessments

• Acute illnesses

• Treatment plans

• General geriatric cases and procedures

Requirements:

• Board certified by ANCC or AANP

• Valid PA state license

• Master's degree in Nursing

• 5 years of experience in long term care

• At least 1 year of experience with geriatric patients
