Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult patients
• Manage patient admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
• Collaborate with specialists including General Surgery, Anesthesia, OBGYN, Pediatrics, Pathology, Radiology, Orthopedics, and Cancer Care
• Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Monitor patients' conditions and adjust care as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Epic EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Must be licensed to practice in Vermont
• Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
