Job Description

 Wellhart is seeking a board-certified Neurologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment at a Multi-Specialty Clinic in Indiana. The ideal candidate will be available to start on 08/04/2025, working shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the last patient seen at 4:30 PM or 4:00 PM. This position requires proficiency in EEG (Electroencephalogram) and Evoked Potentials procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality neurological care, interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with the clinic's healthcare team. Experience with Epic electronic health record system is preferred. There is potential for assignment extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive neurological care to patients

• Perform and interpret EEG (Electroencephalogram) and Evoked Potentials procedures

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic electronic health record system
