We are seeking an Orthopedic Physician Assistant for a 40-day locum tenens assignment starting Sep 1, 2025, in Iowa. The role involves weekday shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM with additional on-call responsibilities during weeknights and 24-hour call coverage on weekends. This position requires a professional to handle clinical, surgical, and trauma-related orthopedic duties in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Rounding on post-op patients
• Conducting inpatient and emergency department consults
• Managing OR responsibilities
• Providing clinical, surgical, and trauma/orthopedic call coverage

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Orthopedics required
• Active Iowa License or Active Compact/IMLC LOQ required
• Must provide a clean malpractice history
• An updated CV is required at the time of name clear
• Must submit a list of available dates for coverage
