We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Diagnostic Radiologist for a 100-day locum tenens assignment at a hospital in Kentucky. Starting 08/01/2025, this opportunity offers weekday shifts from 8a-5p with some night/weekend call coverage. The radiologist will be responsible for interpreting a variety of pediatric general and musculoskeletal cases, including ultrasound, MRI, CT, neuro CT, plain films, and ideally fluoroscopy. The assignment also offers potential for extension, providing an excellent opportunity for a dedicated pediatric radiologist.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Interpret pediatric general and musculoskeletal radiological studies
• Perform and interpret ultrasound, MRI, CT, neuro CT, and plain film examinations
• Conduct fluoroscopy procedures when required
• Provide on-call coverage for emergency cases
• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EMR
• Adhere to all hospital policies and radiology best practices
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and assignment duration
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Additional Information:
• Kentucky or Indiana state medical license required
• Experience in pediatric diagnostic radiology with a focus on general and musculoskeletal cases
• Comfort with varied shift schedules, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system
