Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania, starting Oct 1, 2025. The role involves shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM, where the provider will see patients for a variety of urgent care needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide care for patients with cold/flu symptoms, rashes, lacerations, abrasions, sprains, and minor burns.
• Perform orthopedic procedures such as splinting.
• Manage wound care.
• Refer high-acuity cases to the local emergency room.

Additional Information

• Board Certification: Board Certified
• Required Licenses: Pennsylvania state license, DEA, ACLS, BLS, CSR
• Minimum Experience: 2 years in internal medicine, pediatrics, or family practice
• EMR System Used: Epic
