Job Description
Wellhart is seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Illinois. The ideal candidates will provide anesthesiology services for a variety of general cases, including OB, orthopedics, podiatry, endoscopy, and urology. This opportunity offers Monday to Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, starting 08/04/2025, with potential for extension. The facility requires 2-3 CRNAs daily to manage operating rooms, typically running until 3:00 PM. The selected CRNAs should be comfortable with bread-and-butter cases and working with the Epic electronic health record system.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide anesthesiology services for a variety of general cases
- Manage anesthesia care for OB, orthopedic, podiatry, endoscopy, and urology procedures
- Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation
- Adhere to all facility protocols and guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in the management of operating rooms daily
- Adapt to varying case loads and schedules as needed
Additional Information:
- Must be licensed to practice in Illinois
- Comfortable with bread-and-butter and general anesthesiology cases
- No cardiac or neurosurgery cases involved
- 2-3 CRNAs needed daily to cover the caseload
- Potential for assignment extension
