 We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Physician for a 135-day locum tenens assignment in Virginia, starting on 07/07/2025. This outpatient role requires coverage for three 8-hour shifts weekly, preferably Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, with flexibility to accommodate the provider's availability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with adult outpatient care, newborn care for infants over 2000 grams, general pediatric outpatient care, and gynecological procedures such as pelvic exams and Pap smears. This position offers a comprehensive family practice experience without ICU/CCU responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients

• Perform newborn care for infants weighing over 2000 grams

• Conduct general outpatient pediatric care

• Carry out gynecological procedures, including pelvic exams and Pap smears

• Manage and treat a wide range of family medicine conditions

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using the Epic EHR system

• Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Additional Information:

• Experience in outpatient family practice required
