Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up appointments
• Oversee the administration of antineoplastics in the clinic
• Perform procedures including phlebotomies, IV IgG administration, iron therapy, and bone marrow biopsies
• Manage inpatient care at two medical centers as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation (one week and one weekend per month)
• Utilize the Epic system for efficient workflow management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all procedures and patient interactions
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
