Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Otolaryngology Physician for a 42-day locum tenens assignment in Iowa, starting Aug 18, 2025. The position focuses on clinic hours from Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with procedure/OR days on Friday and on-call duties providing 24/7 coverage. This role requires a committed and experienced professional, ideally fellowship trained in ENT, with a minimum of five years of experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with ear, nose, and throat issues.
• Perform surgical procedures as required.
• Manage and provide on-call support for established patients, emergency department cases, and consultations.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system to document patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide top-notch service and patient care.

Additional Information

• Must hold an active Iowa license or be eligible through the IMLC with an uploaded LOQ.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Previous experience with Epic EMR systems preferred.
