Job Description

We are seeking a Vascular Surgeon for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Idaho. This high-acuity role at a Trauma center starts on Oct 6, 2025, and includes a demanding schedule of 12-hour shifts, 6 days on and 6 days off, with no exceptions. This position is critical for managing complex surgical cases and requires a board-certified surgeon with an active Idaho license.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive surgical care in a Level II Trauma setting
  • Handle vascular surgeries and critical care cases with precision and expertise
  • Ensure high standards of patient safety and surgical outcomes
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care plans
  • Participate in on-call duties as outlined


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Surgery and Surgical Critical Care required
  • Must have a current Idaho medical license or be registered in the IMLC
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory
  • COVID-19 vaccination required at the time of submission
