We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment at a hospital in North Carolina. This opportunity begins on 06/23/2025, with a potential for extension to a 6-month contract. The position requires coverage from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, in an outpatient primary care setting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling all primary care cases, with the ability to manage patient care without on-site imaging facilities. Laboratory services are conveniently located next door. This role offers a chance to provide comprehensive primary care services using the Cerner electronic health record system.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Cerner EHR

• Participate in any required training or orientation sessions
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina
